Therapeutic Categories
Our therapeutic category experience is extensive – in 17 years we’ve covered a lot. However, the real key is that we have a solid understanding of everything “healthcare” AND we take a rigorous approach to learning any new categories. So even for new categories, our learning curve is short and we make the commitment to be at the top of that learning curve at the start of any project.

In the area of diabetes, we have conducted numerous projects with endocrinologists, PCPs, diabetes educators, patients and caregivers in the US, Canada, Mexico, China, Japan, South Korea, India, France, Germany the UK and Russia. New device research has included pumps, glucometers, pens, and patches. Multiple projects were in new drug development both to understand impacts on algorithms and referrals, as well as naming, messaging and positioning. Several larger scope, global projects have sought a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by those living with and treating both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.
